A suicide bombing at the Hamid Karzai International Airport in Kabul on Thursday struck crowds that had gathered in hope of escaping the country. Islamic State Khorasan, or ISIS-K, an Afghanistan-based offshoot of ISIS, claimed responsibility for the attacks.
